  MIKE SHIRLEY

  • Mike is the primary developer of Rally Navigator. Mike had the vision to make rally route creation simpler and faster. Mike has been an RMS crew member at the Dakar Rally twice and has raced in Mongolia and Mexico. He’s also known to ironman the Vegas to Reno.

  DAVE PECKHAM

  • Dave is a key contributor to Rally Navigator. His knowledge of software development and his expertise in Rally make him a perfect partner. He’s been on the US rally scene since 2007. Rally racing has taken Dave to 10 countries on 4 continents. He has raced the Rally Dos Sertoes and the Baja Rally and been Mechanic and Team Manager at the Dakar Rally, the Tuareg Rally, and SCORE Baja races.

  FILIPE GUERRA

  • Filipe joined the Rally Navigator family in 2022. A software engineer at heart with a passion for Rally Raid, that's been riding Rallies in western europe, and training others to do so. He is also the developer of Terrapirata's digital roadbook app and platform, embracing the new digital era and pushing it's limits.

  SERGEI GRISHIN

  • Sergei came on board in 2024. With a background in software and hardware product development and a passion for rallies, he was excited to join the Rally Navigator team. Sergei has competed and volunteered in Stage Rally and Rallycross events in the U.S. since 2015. When he’s not at a rally, he takes on product design and manufacturing projects at Bear Prototyping.
